My titanic recount

CRASH!!! as boat hit the iceberg.In 1912 the titanic was the biggest boat to be buildet she was called the unsinkable and then  she sailed through the dark  sea and she sunk.I think that they should have had more life for everyone just in cause something goes wrong.

The titanic was for carrying people from different places or sometimes it would be for a holiday. There were two different kind of people that were on the boat,the rich people got to stay in very fancy places but the poor people stayed in steerage. The titanic was built in 1909 and it was the biggest boat to be built ever. The boat was at England and they were going to New York USA.

The titanic was travelling at fast through the waters and the look out people see an Iceberg ahead and it hits her on the right side of her.The water rises up to 4.26 meters in the front of the ship.The captains calls over the radio for help.At 2:05 am the last life boat it only loaded with womens and kids.

The lightest wood in the world

My reading Kakapos  has been learning about the lightest wood in the world.There are green and brown whau branch's.The green whau branch float because it is heavy for it's size but the brown whau tree can't float because it is light.

Floating and sinking picture

Things float because of the buoyancy that is pushing it up in the water.A stick can float because it is lighter than the buoyancy that is holding it.But a stone can’t float because it’s weight is greater than the upthrust.
